Tarty Spaghetti

Spaghetti alla Puttanesca
This super easy dish roughly translates to tarty spaghetti. It is a great week night dish that is packed full of flavour. It takes just 10 minutes to cook the sauce making it ideal for lunch or dinner. Some recipes use also tinned anchovies but here is my version without. Ingredients:
450 g spaghetti
2 cloves of Garlic
8-10 pitted black chopped olives
Teaspoon of Capers (in salt if possible)
400 g tin of plum tomatoes
1 fresh chilli
EV Olive oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Cook spaghetti according to instructions in salted water.
Cook garlic gently in olive oil.
Add olives and capers. Cook for a min or two.
Add tomatoes and cook down for about 8 mins or so on medium heat while the pasta cooks.
Remove garlic.
Drain the spaghetti al dente, add to sauce and mix it up.
Serve with fresh parsley.
