Patate e prosciutto
What I love most about Italian cuisine is how such few ingredients can produce big flavours. Moreish and yummy! These are great as a side dish or even a starter. I prefer and used prosciutto Di San Daniele but Parma ham is good too. Ingredients for 4 people:
Potatoes
Prosciutto
Fresh rosemary
Method:
Boil potatoes in their jackets. Leave to cool.
Then peel and slice.
Wrap each piece in a slice of prosciutto and put on a baking tray.
Add a leaf of fresh rosemary on top of each.
Bake at 200 for about 12-15 minutes.
