Chocolate, Strawberry and Pistachio cake

Torta al cioccolato, fragola e pistacchi
This is SO good and looks good too! Not difficult to make either (I can make it, so anyone can!). Ingredients:
300 g self raising flour
3 eggs at room temperature
200 g sugar
100 g melted butter
About 100 ml of milk
175 g dark chocolate
10 g unsalted chopped pistachio nuts
Fresh strawberries
Sprinkle of icing sugar
Method:
Melt half the chocolate in a bowl over a pot of simmering water. Make sure the bowl doesn't touch the water.
Meanwhile put flour in a bowl and grease your cake tin with butter and sprinkle with a little sugar.
When the chocolate is melted, leave to cool a bit.
Add sugar to flour and mix.
Now add eggs, butter and milk and beat with a whisk until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Using a spatula, gently fold in the chocolate until fully mixed.
Add mixture to your cake tin and bake in a reheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25 mins. Test it's cooked using a cocktail stick, poke it in the middle, if it comes out clean, it's ready.
Leave to cool completely.
Now melt the rest of the chocolate the same way as before. Spread on top of the cake and while still soft, sprinkle the chopped nuts on top.
Decorate with fresh strawberries and a dusting of icing sugar.
